Sara has shown exceptional dedication to philanthropy at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno County. Her career is marked by a commitment to fundraising aligned with the foundation's mission and vision, evident in her leadership roles and achievements. Sara has successfully managed significant fundraising events, including the Men's Club Casino Night, achieving record net profits. She is actively involved in community leadership, serving on the Leadership Fresno Steering Committee and as a board member of AFP.

My first role at Saint Agnes was my introduction to healthcare philanthropy. The opportunity was sent to me by two mentors who I admire. They knew the leader of the department and based on my experience; they knew I would be a great fit for the team. 

I have a deep connection to healthcare and Saint Agnes has been where I welcomed my babies into this world. My commitment to our mission is steadfast and sharing it with the community has been a huge blessing for me. They say when you do what you love, you never work a day in your life. Most days, I believe that to be completely true. I am grateful I "get" to work in a way that is fulfilling for me.

COVID hands down was when I knew I was meant to serve the mission of Saint Agnes. I saw and experienced things during that time with our teams that gave me a deep understanding and passion for the work we do each and every day in our hospital for the communities we serve. 

My greatest passion is being a catalyst for improvement. I never want to stop learning and growing.
