Registration Instructions: PRE-REGISTRATION is now CLOSED. Please register onsite in Portland at the AHP Registration desk.

AHP Polices:

1. To qualify for early rates, registration form and payment must be postmarked no later than June 2nd, 2008.

2. No registration form with be processed without payment.

3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by June 6, 2008. AHP will refund the fees less a $50 administrative fee for full registrations and non-exhibiting consultants and $25 for single day registrations and preconference workshops. No refunds will be made after June 6, 2008.
