Bachelor degree preferred with exception given to experience within the field.
 
Prior Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience within a foundation or development office.
 
Knowledge and Ability:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows.  Excellence must be evident with Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud.

Advances the mission of Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center by increasing the level of involvement and philanthropic commitment of patients and people in the medical center service areas.  This position functions as a fundraising generalist with particular emphasis given to the cultivation and solicitation of annual gifts, grateful patient program, memorial and tribute programs, and physician initiation.  Particular emphasis is placed on database growth, the management of its integrity and development of donor research and trends utilizing the systems of Blackbaud and Raiser's Edge.
